1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
✅ Accepted Cases:
- Wrong Item Received (e.g., incorrect size, color, or product)
- Defective/Damaged Product (e.g., manufacturing flaws, torn fabric)
- Unopened & Unused Items (with original tags & packaging)
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Underwear, socks, and innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized/custom-made products
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Products purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)
2. Return Timeframe
- Defective/Wrong Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery.
- Change of Mind (Unused Items): Request within 7 days of delivery.
- Late requests will not be processed.

4. Return Process
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- Refund Method: Bank transfer or bKash/Nagad (after verification).
- Return Shipping Cost: Borne by Kaji Shop (if our mistake).
For Prepaid Orders (Card/bKash/Nagad):
- Refund Method: Original payment source (within 5–10 business days).
- Return Shipping Cost: Refunded upon approval.
Exchange Requests:
- Available for size/color swaps (subject to stock availability).
- Customer covers re-shipping fees unless the error was ours.
5. Conditions for Returns
- Original tags & packaging must be intact.
- Unwashed & unworn (for non-defective returns).
- Receipt/proof of purchase required.
6. Refund Processing Time
- Bank/bKash/Nagad: 3–7 business days after return approval.
- Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days (depends on your bank).
7. Exceptions
- No refunds if the return request is invalid (e.g., no defect found).
- Fraudulent claims may lead to account suspension.
