At Kaji Shop, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, our Refund & Returns Policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in compliance with Bangladeshi consumer rights.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

✅ Accepted Cases:

  • Wrong Item Received (e.g., incorrect size, color, or product)
  • Defective/Damaged Product (e.g., manufacturing flaws, torn fabric)
  • Unopened & Unused Items (with original tags & packaging)

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Underwear, socks, and innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized/custom-made products
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Products purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)

2. Return Timeframe

  • Defective/Wrong Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Change of Mind (Unused Items): Request within 7 days of delivery.
  • Late requests will not be processed.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us via:

    • Order number
    • Photos/videos of the issue (if defective/wrong item)
  3. We’ll approve/deny your request within 24–48 hours.

4. Return Process

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • Refund Method: Bank transfer or bKash/Nagad (after verification).
  • Return Shipping Cost: Borne by Kaji Shop (if our mistake).

For Prepaid Orders (Card/bKash/Nagad):

  • Refund Method: Original payment source (within 5–10 business days).
  • Return Shipping Cost: Refunded upon approval.

Exchange Requests:

  • Available for size/color swaps (subject to stock availability).
  • Customer covers re-shipping fees unless the error was ours.

5. Conditions for Returns

  • Original tags & packaging must be intact.
  • Unwashed & unworn (for non-defective returns).
  • Receipt/proof of purchase required.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Bank/bKash/Nagad: 3–7 business days after return approval.
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days (depends on your bank).

7. Exceptions

  • No refunds if the return request is invalid (e.g., no defect found).
  • Fraudulent claims may lead to account suspension.
